"The counter employees are pleasant enough, but my issue is the cost vs the amount of smoothie I'm getting. I used to pay $7 for a smoothie and get a full cup. Now I pay $7 for a smoothie and it's 3" from the top. C'mon! That's a lot of smoothie missing! If this continues, I'll just wait till I'm in the area of a different franchise location and get the full value."

"PLEASE!!!! Don't take the (1) star review seriously from the gang of horrible human beings. They were the ones that were rude and very disrespectful. Not knowing the rustic look of the chairs and putting stains on their flatbread. I would sue them for fraud...... Best location out of 3 which I go to for years. Sad, how some out of towners act!!! Go home!!!! DON'T COME BACK LOSERS!!!!!"
"I paid for the food and they didn’t make it. They said we made all the food and didn’t make it… The smoothie was disgusting. The staff is so rude… the chairs are dirty."
"Most of staff was friendly and the smoothies took a little longer then the Gulf to bay location. Which is super quick and everyone in there is nice. At the West bay location, while waiting for our drinks, one of the employees coming in for her shift, has no manners at all. She opened the the door and pushed by me without saying excuse and when I said something to her about it she apologized so she was definitely being rude intentionally. It’s crazy how some people feel entitled to treat people anyway they want."
