She yelled at me it was my fault again and finally made another. Other customers commented on how rude and nasty she was. I have been getting Duncan lattes for 25 years. I know the right temperature and to pick them up timely."
"They were way understaffed every time we went there, but the girls who were there were nice and polite so we didn’t mind waiting. Personally I love their coffee and doughnuts though at times they tend to be too sweet Their prices are reasonable so it’s always value for money"
"Staff here was real friendly and worked real hard. I bet when there is a big convention this place is absolutely swamped so keep that in mind but if you need ice cream in the afternoon they aren’t to busy so swing by and pick up some Baskin Robins ice cream. Parking is a bit difficult I parked in the McDonald’s parking lot and walked over."
