"The portion was so small, it could fill up a water cup. There were two-three tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken soup. The salad was also tiny. Definitely not worth the money I spent. There are much better options in other places that are for the same price. I am not coming back to Panera Bread any more."

"I ordered a napa almond chicken salad sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup, which I always do. They were out of the bread for the sandwich, which has been going on for over a month, had to pick a substitute. When I got the food, the soup bowl was only about half full and the sandwich hardly had any chicken salad on it; it didn't even take up the whole sandwich end to end. I went back with it and spoke to a manager who re-made the sandwich. It wasn't any better. I think she just took the same little amount and just spread it more. I tasted more bread than anything else. Plus, this is a $10 sandwich! After this, I will no longer go to Panera Bread. For the outrageous prices, it's not worth it anymore. I'll make my own chicken salad at home!"

"I came to Panera on my lunch break to pick up soup. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a small cheddar broccoli soup. It came out to $7.00. It wasn’t even filled to the top and it was cold. Complete rip off. Going back to the store after work to complain"

"Not wheelchair friendly at all. Took my Mom who wanted soup and sandwich, and she is in wheelchair... table, and chairs outside hard to get through, and double door's very rough. The food was good but the bad thing was my shoes stuck to the floor everywhere but on the rug. No plain sweet tea, onlyunsweetened. So, taking Mom out to lunch could have been better."

"$15 for this! Used delivery directions thru Panera and this only sent part of the order. What we did get was sooo not worth it. Call the manager for help with the order and was told to call back after lunch. Ok great but... we didn't get all our lunch! Service is always rude and the food is no where near worth the price. There are so many better options available. Choose somewhere that appreciates is customers."
