"Employees avoid the customer. Great wok items, but the employees were not promoting it and did not fire up the stoves - you didn’t feel like you could ask for them. Our cashier overcharged us items, so watch your tickets."
"If you have a food allery DO NOT get food from here. The staff doesn't know what the products are and they seem to just make things up to appease the customer. I was told 2 times that an item doesn't have nuts when peanut butter was a main ingredient. Luckily I smelled the food before tasting it. I really do not want to die on vacation due to poorly trained staff."
"If you’re a rope dropper, this is your place for a quick breakfast at Royal Pacific. Great for grab and go items. Breakfast, coffee, salads, beverages, hot foods, and even ice cream."
"The soda out of one machine(the one in the back) is warm not warm as in been there for a while but it’s more then room temperature. We told the management of the hotel and we talked to the employees about it nothing has happened, this is four days later. We also commented on the ice which was always out and that was fixed. The warm machine also has no ice, the issue is that there’s no sign on it and you’d have to wait another 1 minute and 30 seconds. In the currently over 100 degree heat warm soda doesn’t seem very refreshing. If the machine is broken just put a sign up letting people know. It’s not hard to do. But if they can’t even get soda right I don’t know if I’d trust them with any food. The cups for the whole trip are 20 dollars a pop, for that price I expect at least cold water and ice."
"This place is a gem! So glad it is inside the resort for a quick and easy coffee run before we hit the parks in the morning. They also have yummy baked goods and food available throughout the day."
