"We came here because we are on vacation from California and this place is next level. Marina is just amazing ! Her customer service her kindness and work ethic is unmatched. "Foxtail Coffee brand is very competent. It surely feels like an upgrade from the Starbucks, imho. And priced as such. This particular location at Dr. Phillips is very unique. Demographic of guests resemble Midtown NYC, full of young professionals doing works with their laptops while sipping specialty coffee. So it does not feel like you’re in Dr. Phillips at all. Outdoor seating, on the other hand, certainly feels like you’re in Florida. You get nice breeze from the lake and this makes outdoor seating possible during summer time. Service does get very slow at times unfortunately. And finding seatings for 3+ ppl can be a challenge because many customers staying at the cafe forever with their laptops."

"I haven’t been to Foxtail in a little while because I heard management wasn’t respecting people’s pronouns. I hope that is no longer an issue because I stopped in to the Sand Lake location and had one of the best drinks I’ve ever tasted. It was the Iced Pumpkin Coconut Chai. They ran out of coconut foam and mixed in coconut milk instead and topped it off with cinnamon and it’s literally the bomb. I highly recommend! Side note it is $7 so beware. Also historically Foxtail Coffee always had my favorite cold brew in town."

"This is the second foxtail I’ve been to, it’s very busy compared to my OG in Winter Garden. The coffee is good at this location, I ordered a butter beer cold brew and it was delicious. Service was fairly quick even with a packed shop!"
