"Typically I don't expect much from Starbucks located within other stores, but this morning my breakfast sandwich and caramel machiato were both somehow not pleasant to eat/drink. The sandwich was cold and the venti machiato was only two-thirds full and was definitely missing ingredients. Tasted like trash. The staff was friendly but the food was garbage this morning. Also, my wife's peppermint hot choclate had no peppermint. Really? There wasn't a line and there were 2 people working. Do better."

"The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because of James, an amazing associate! He always greets me and every customer with a smile and is incredibly engaging! He outshines, I dare say, the Supervisor (not meant to be negative on the Supervisor, it's just perception). I hope he is recognized for his consistent efforts and is being trained or developed into the next leader. Thank you James for making every morning brighter (the latte's are great too)."
