"This is a great Dunkin in the area and I am so glad it’s only .5 miles from my home in Providence! My coffee is always consistent and the hash rounds hot and fresh. I spoke with the manager today about what a nice Dunkin it is and she was very gracious and kind. Highly recommend!"

"Awful Experience is a new store and when I arrived I thought was closed they had chairs on top of table. When I entered to pick up order there were 3 employees just doing nothing when I asked for my order the didn't have no donuts just vanilla sprinkled and no other. It was only 725 pm when I arrived they close at 9 pm I asked for my refund they said they couldn't give e any only on the app then I go to the app to try and make my refund and guess what no customer service available so no money back and I paid 30.00 for my order. Bad bad bad and a new store"
