"We have had repeated bad experiences with this location. A couple weeks ago my wife waited in line over 15 minutes to get an egg sandwich. The cheese wasnt melted and the bread was flat and not warm. Today I made an online order on the app for a dozen donuts and coffee. I went inside to see if it was faster than drive thru, but there was 8 people waiting to order and 6 waiting to pickup their orders. So I went to the drive thru. When I got to the window to pickup my mobile order (that i already paid for) I was informed that there were not a dozen donuts available. I was told all they had was 3 jelly and 3 boston creme. This was 9:30am. How does a donut restaurant run out of donuts in the prime time to get them. We will NEVER go back to this location again. It looked like unorganized chaos inside and the results shows that to ba a fact."

"Going to the drive trough this morning I see a pregnant worker outside taking orders & payment. When I rolled down my window to give her my order I’m smacked in the face with a wall of fumes. It didn’t help that the mustang in front of me kept reviving her engine causing more fumes unnecessarily and the PREGNANT worker was trying to move away from the fumes but no, it was relentless and I’m honestly wondering why a visibly pregnant worker was tasked to stand outside breathing in fumes? I’ve seen lawsuits about this . Years ago when I was pregnant working at the checkers drive thru outside giving food to the drivers on the odd side they couldn’t reach. The fumes made me very ill-I fainted from breathing in the fumes and rushed to the hospital . It’s not like I didn’t tell my manager how sick I was getting before my hospital trip weeks before but fell on deaf ears. I was ignorant back then and didn’t understand civil suites but I definitely do now and hopefully this poor pregnant worker understands them as well and sees this review. Donkin knows better . This is wrong. What gives?"

"I've been to this Dunkin location about 4 times, and each time progressively got worse. The coffee tastes like water with sugar and their food was always served cold, no matter what I got. And the service is simply slow. I know its a busy restaurant, but to sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes and not even be addressed is pretty excessive. These employees need more training."

"Ordered ahead of time. Came through drive through to pick up. They asked us to park. 35 minutes later we are still waiting. Went in and they couldn’t find our order. This is the second time this has happened at this location.Nothing gets done until a manager steps in."

"I was just served these two glasses of "sweet tea" through the drive through at 7:45 pm. As you can see..... it looks like slightly brown colored water, it has no flavor, no sugar and apparently very little actual tea. Very disappointing to pay $7.00 for colored water."
