Burger King

"Giving 1 star because it won't allow ZERO stars. Drive thru around 8pm on 2/19. Placed my order with the older lady, she had astute and attitude and I paid for it neither of my whopper juniors were as I ordered them. She actually ordered them to the cook staff exactly backwards. Nothing was marked on the wrappers and we didn't know, until we were down the road. Couldn't eat the burgers because of onions(food allergy) she ordered extra onions on them. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT GET ANY FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. IT HAD TO BE THE WORST BURGER KING IN THE WORLD!!!"

"Unless you are starving, do not stop at this Burger King. It's slow , unorganized, the soda machine doesn't work, the bathrooms are closed due to being out of order and dinning room was a mess. All that I can deal with but when I order food and pay a good price for it ,it should be right. I ordered one of the new melts and it came out untoasted. When I took it back to the manager and asked to get it toasted....she looked at it and said it is toasted and then looked at another employee and said she's complaining that her sandwich isn't toasted. You be the judge. Horrible customer service"

"The simplest of orders and for some reason they just can't get it right ! Ordered 2 $5.00 Whopper Jr. duos. The complication is there's too much variety and it confuses them. Wife wanted bacon & swiss. I wanted regular American but no onion. We pull up to the cashier and all 4 are bacon and swiss ! I re-ordered and had to rewait by the door. They redid the order and the guy brought em out. Two had onion and 2 didn't but the other 2 had bacon which I did not order. My wife wound up eating one of mine by accident so I only had 1 Whopper Jr. It just wasn't my day ! lol The one I had did taste great ! It's a shame they seem not to understand the English language and simple numbers."

"Ordered drive through and had to really lean into the speaker to hear it. But I could hear that they got my order correct. Pulled up and paid after a very long wait. I glanced at my bag and saw two fries and he handed me two drinks. I parked (not very far away)and saw I had one burger. I went back but they didn't give me a receipt in my bag to prove I ordered anything, but I at least wanted to try to ask for my food....so, I stood in line for 30 minutes (only 4 people ahead of me) to even get to the register. Then she told me she'd be a few minutes before she could get to me and walked away. Long story short I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for my food (it has already been an hour after I first came through the drive thru)...so I counted my losses and ended up getting lunch elsewhere. Even if I asked for my missing food, I know not to mess with people making your food -- and ultimately decided it wasn't worth it."

"I usually stop at this Burger King when I’m working this side in Eustis. Today, I stopped and the dining room was closed. Really needed the restroom but they told me to go around and go through the drive-through. The menu board was blurry and I could hardly see the numbers on the board. How did the number one with cheese and heavy onions made it a large and they told me my total and asked me to pull around. When I pulled in the first window to pay, the lady was very nice and friendly. I paid the $9.94 for my number one whopper cheese with fries. The woman thanked me and asked me to pull forward. When I got to the second window, the lady handed me the large Coke and asked me, Do you want any condiments; salt,ketchup, or pepper? I said sure. My order was right out and she said, “ thank you, hon.” I said you’re welcome and have a great day. The first thing I did was stick my straw in my Coke and take a big drink. It was really watered down and not nice. The fries were hot and fresh not over cooked just right. They were lightly salted and tasted great. The whopper with cheese was hot and fresh. The lettuce was crisp and Green. Onions were crisp and no centerpieces on the burger. The tomatoes were ripe and juicy. The food made up for the dining room being closed and no bathroom. Overall 4 of 5 stars."
