"They keep getting rid of all the workers that we like. They recently got rid of their store manager and the new manager Jennifer is horrible. She doesn’t greet customers when we walk through the door, and she keeps trying to push their new rewards program on me even when I say no. This morning she forced me to use their self checkout, which never works, even though there was an available register, which caused a long line. I will not be shopping here again until they bring their old manager back"
"I was just here and ordered a pizza and was astonished at the lack of customer service, 4 employee's behind the register and not one of them were nice or even approachable. Not only that but after paying for my two polar pops I waited for my pizza and once I received it immediately walked as quickly as I could away from the unfriendly circle k faces before me.... Didn't even think to look AT IT... So I took it back to the job site for my fiancé's crew and they opened it up and IT WASN'T EVEN CUT INTO PIECES. I'm calling HR because the manager was sitting at the cash register in a chair and also took part in the entire thing. I've never in my life been so unsettled by the lack of customer service and satisfaction these people portrayed to me today. 0 stars."
