At RCMA, we take a holistic approach to caring for the entire child, including providing early childhood education, health care assistance, and even supplying WiFi hotspots and tablets for homework. Our goal is to ensure that anything that impacts a child's learning is taken care of, while also providing support for their parents.

In times of emergencies such as COVID-19 and hurricanes, RCMA prioritizes the safety of its employees and enrolled children and their families. We closely monitor these situations and follow the guidance provided by local health and emergency officials, as well as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.

For over 56 years, RCMA has been working with families to help overcome the challenges of seasonal migrant work and provide quality education for over 40,000 children. With 54 child development centers across 21 counties, RCMA continues to expand its positive impact with the support of donors.

Our dedicated employees at RCMA are our greatest resource, providing the necessary day-to-day work to help dreams come to life for thousands of children and their families. Many of us at RCMA were alumni ourselves, which drives our passion for serving families just like ours.

RCMA also operates 3 charter schools, serving over 560 students from kindergarten through 8th grade. These schools extend RCMA's commitment to excellence in education and holistic approach to learning.
