"This is the second time I’ve been in there and each time the lack of acknowledgment while waiting is unbelievable. I literally just left there after the girl behind the counter was talking to another employee. I was next in line she could’ve simply turned over to stop her conversation and say good morning I’ll be right with you. Or better yet stop her conversation and assist"
"HORRIBLE! Service was awful, both girls had no idea what they were doing, and got the wrong drink. I went in to get my usual order how I do at every other location and the drink came out horrible. Absolutely terrible and I couldn’t finish my drink. I was very let down. On top of that the girls attitudes were very poor and acted as I was being a bother to them for placing an order . I highly recommend taking your time to stop at another Starbucks location and avoiding this one all together. I will not be returning to this location."
