Hope Thrift Store

"The hours are really good 8:30am to 7:30pm EVERYDAY. But who wants to come here ? I wish I could give 0 stars. The store is very dirty looking crowded, dusty set my allergies off, and EXPENSIVE ‼️‼️‼️ don’t waste your time. pillows $1.99 each , off brand Burberry hat $3.99. I seen a cover up I was interested in $4 I put it back and left. KEEP DRIVING you’ll thank me later ✅"

"The books have a sign saying $1 each unless marked differently. When I went to pay for the book they said that the sign says $1 and up. I went back and checked and told them that its says $1.00 each unless marked differently and the book I picked was not marked as a higher value. The lady said that when you bring them to the counter they “decide” how much. False advertisement. Would not recommend."

"*changed from higher rating after visiting multiple times over span of months* Fixed to the rating it should have been all along. This store along with its sister store off of 27 are a puzzle to me as they are a “faith based” store that accepts donations to help the homeless, yet the staff are always quite rude, talking about customers after they leave the store, I’ve even seen it happen while the customer is still in ear shot! That and the pricing seems to be inconsistent and close to retail or above on MANY items throughout the stores. I’ve even seen items with retail store price stickers lower than the hope thrift price. As another reviewer noted “I don’t think there’s much hope for hope thrift” For donation driven, faith based stores, I think they should do better. Better staff. Better prices. Better organization. Haggle with people, if someone doesn’t want to pay your price, take less! Let it walk out the door so someone else can drop off new items into your donation bins with pride, knowing that someone will love the item and buy it to use it! Don’t just let the items rot on your shelves hopping to make the most money, greedy and gross practices."

"EXTREMELY overpriced on things that don’t make any sense, especially a tank that’s more than less likely 10+ years old with nothing extra included… you could get a brand new one for that price. Most things that are high priced don’t even make sense to be high priced when the price they have it for USED (and in mostly bad conditions) is what you could buy it NEW for… very odd. No way anyone is paying these prices. I put several things down after asking for the price that seemed to be made up for each thing asked. A person even asked the same lady for a price I’d asked her for prior and she said less for them… If it were antique & in good condition, it might possibly be worth what they’re asking… but half the stuff in here is VERY USED and in bad shape. Seems like the entire store is a fire hazard at this point, it’s EXTREMELY unorganized and mushed together. It smells like mold and urine. Seemed very shady from the expired food to expired facial products that look like they’d been found in dumpsters out back…. There’s no way this place is up to code. No idea how it’s even still open or what type of service they provide to the community, if any at all. Ladies at the front were not very friendly, either. Definitely don’t recommend. Take your business elsewhere."

"It's a good store with a great variety of used products, logically here is a thrift store where you can find a lot. Parking is ample, access is super easy, you can park easily, the service is very good, the variety is very good and the prices are extremely affordable. and it will be of some use. Here you will find great prices, good discounts and excellent used products."
