"My son (13yo) went there yesterday (2/18/2024 around 1pm) with a friend's family. While he said the smoothie was good (this is not about that), he told me today when I picked him up from his friend's house..."Mom, the girl at Planet Smoothie charged a tip without asking me!" I said, "Wait, didn't she give you kiosk type thing to choose?" He said No, she never turned it around, so he wasn't given the option. He said he only realized because he saw it on the receipt after he left. The girl gave herself a $1.80 tip (20%) on his $8.99 plus tax smoothie without confirming it with him! I'm extremely disappointed. This is predatory and dishonest!"
