"Was left in a pinch to get an item embroidered for my brother's Halloween costume. I called all around town and either they don't do single items or they don't have availability. I went into Locker Room by Lids on the hope they'd be able to help and they more than delivered. Toby, the store manager, went above and beyond in helping make my project perfect. He was kind, quick, and professional. We had our item in hand not even 2 hours later completed and beautifully made. I simply can't express how blown away I was with the quality of product as well as how quickly the project was executed. Thank you again Toby for helping make my brother's Halloween costume perfect! We will most certainly be back."
