"Just wanted to say "thank you" to the FallZone team ! We needed to change our scheduled installation date several times due to the concrete substrate floor work for our pool. Michael was able to handle this without an issue and Armando and his installation team did a terrific job ! We had decided on a 75/25 2-color mixture and the install crew was able to maintain this mixture throughout the area, so that our new pool deck has a very consistent overall look - we are very happy !"
"The people at FallZone were attentive to my needs and concerns.They told me my options after asking me numerous questions to determine the best option for our school based on what we as a customer were attempting to achieve. The pictures attached to this review show the before of our prekindergarten, older children's playground and the beautiful surface after the FallZone crew finished installation. The other pic is of our younger toddler and preschool playground and the surface is like new again. The work was done in a weekend and following the 24 hour cure time the playgrounds were ready to be enjoyed by all the students. There was no offensive smell or chemical odors following installation as we have heard from other school owners. The rebound and fall safety of the surface was preserved and maintained as well. Above all we received more than we expected. Our playgrounds look as new as the day we opened 13 years ago. Would highly recommend this product and company. Thank you, FallZone."
