"Nice place to walk and enjoy nature. The hiking trails are nice but they need more maintenance lots of vegetation on the path."

"I found this area close to the Holiday Inn Express, and sought a quiet place to soak up some nature. The trails are easy to follow. I saw many hikers with canine companions ....all leashed I might add. The area was a quarry ...a fact I learned after my hike...it was so beautiful...so quiet...yet full of natural sounds. I only walked in for 35minutes then retraced my steps ..a fabulous first time experience and I did find a picnic table to sit at and breathe...soaked it all in!!"

"So peaceful and quiet just watching the sunset. The trails are nice. I will be going again when they have the gate opened."

"Great place to go hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. Usually not very busy, and the people you do run into are always very friendly. Teenagers love to come and go swimming, but I wouldn't recommend it. Florida fish and wildlife have been known to be there with binoculars, and they'll be on you like white on rice, giving you a ticket."
