"We went to get our yearly Christmas ornaments. We were gifted with a festive atmosphere and one of the most beautiful sunsets. During the season, the harbor is so lively and energetic. But, I have to say, December is my favorite time. Quiet, peaceful, and fun."
"A must do when in Destin. Shopping, food trucks, AJs restaurant, fishing boats pulling up...last weekend in October is big fishing competition, there is seating/bleachers, u can get a cold beer and just people watch, take a dolphin cruise. Loved all of it."

"We've been to this boardwalk a few times now, and we have always enjoyed it. There are several shops and restaurants all in one place so it's very convenient. You can eat dinner, shop,climb the rock all, and grab dessert all right on the boardwalk. The views from this spot are pretty great as well! I'd say that the only downside is the $20 parking fee. You pay it when you leave the parking lot."
"Beautiful. Plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops. Beautiful area. In season is march - october, we've visited before outside of season. Many places were closed or had reduced hours. Check hours before visiting if you have your heart set on a specific location."
