"Overall I would say it is a decent place to stay. Definitely nothing special but the rooms are clean and quiet. It is definitely a “no frills” hotel. If you are wanting a beach front view with nicer amenities this is clearly not going to be the place for you."

"The staff at Pestana Cafe were phenomenal. My family stayed for 5 nights in two rooms and they had a great time. Everything at the hotel was well-maintained and clean. There were always people at the front desk to answer our questions or needs. We even forgot stuff in the room after check-out and they held it for us when we returned! The included breakfast was about a 5 minute walk away at a local restaurant and it was SO yummy! Highly recommend."

"My stay at this hotel was one of the best experiences I've had. I highly recommend it. The location and hotel were great, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, promptly resolving any issues. There was a technical glitch resulting in a double booking in my reservation and double charge, but the manager quickly refunded the full amount for the extra room. The manager reassured me not to worry, showing dedication to customer satisfaction. Rooms were cozy and nice although small bathroom, close to the beach, free towels, a sunbed, and an umbrella was provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again if I return to Miami."
