"I was looking for a specific piece of furniture. Unfortunately, Ethan Allen did not have exactly what I needed. However, the greeting at the front desk and product knowledge of the young lady was welcome and helpful."
"Designer was good with overall plan and ordering process. However, over several separate orders, we received two(2) piece that have to be replaced and one(1) bed headboard very poorly finished. Ethan Allen refuses to take any action on this piece. It took a lot of effort and follow up to get action taken on these items. Many photos provided as requested. Part of the problem noted was lack of follow up by our designer in providing the necessary information to Customer Service as requested. This include photos of Mfg Labels that Customer Service stated they requested but the designer apparently did not forward. I had difficulty contacting my designer and ultimately requested help from another. She was very helpful and worked through the status with Service to clarify what was needed to proceed. Photos all over once again before any action. Also spook with the Gallery Manager several times in this process. We have pieces of Ethan Allen furniture going back many years, but have lost confidence based on our current experiences."
"Nice selection, but I spent over $25,000 and when an item arrived to my home that I decided I wanted to exchange our sales person from the Palm Beach Gardens store was not helpful at all. She told me twice she was “looking into it” and never got back to me. Never replied to my emails. Zero customer service after the purchase. Reply to response from owner: a manager has helped us begin the process of exchanging our side tables. He had us meet with our salesperson again to choose new ones. She was very nice at our initial meeting, but like I said above: after we spent $30k there has been zero customer service and she was very rude last week when we met with her. How silly. She took the exchange too personal. All of this over two side tables."
