Flippo's Sunrise

"Had my daughter's birthday party here and was rather disappointed. I am giving 2 stars because the kids had a blast. The Cafe has a coffee maker and no coffee, soda machine with no soda. The party package says 2 slices of pizza for each child. I was given one slice per child. When I asked where the second slice was, I was told that unless I said something they were not going to give the children the second slice of pizza. Most party places give you a bill at the end of the party, not here. You have to pay the bill upfront, and until you pay they make your guests stand at the front counter instead of allowing them to go to the party room. They also will not honor the Groupon that is out that clearly states ANY Flippos location. They are allegedly not affiliated with the other Flippos, but the Flippos website takes you to a selection of 3 locations, Sunrise included. The party package is for 10 kids, and like most places you pay for anything over that. My extra guests, once again, had to sit and wait at the front until I paid. If you tell them you estimate 16 guests, be prepared to pay for that whether that number comes or not. You will not get a credit for kids that don't show. Overall, if it wasn't for my daughter having fun, I would have given zero stars. Next time we will stick to LA LA Land Kids, Urban Air, or any other more reputable establishment."

"This Flippo's location in Sunrise, FL is a good indoor playground for children but need maintenance. They sell sweatshirts at the front desk and different toys in case you didn't get a gift for a child's party. You can celebrate your child's birthday party and take your guests paying around $15 per kid. There's an area for toddlers also and some benches to wait in the meantime. The carousel is small but nice and there's a big room with arcade games."

"Underwhelmed, this place is old and dated. My daughter is two and it was hardly anything for her to do in here. For the prices they charge they need to do renovations ASAP. Torn chairs dirty windows, and im not sure if thats mold or dust in the ceilings however it needs to be addressed for the safety of the children."

"I went here this weekend to use our free day pass that we had gotten there a few months ago. When we arrived I was told that they no longer honor or accept the coupons they previously gave out because there are new owners. I thought it was pretty messed up that they don't honor what was previously given out. Then we tried to pay and the credit card system went down. After going in, we were told that parents were not allowed beyond a certain point if you didn't have socks on. I wasn't even able to watch my child. Not to mention that it came to almost $20 for my child to get it!! I was shocked by the price for a place that is not even clean or free of safety hazards for children. Don't waste your time going, other establishments are much cleaner and nicer."
