"My child has been going there for some time now and I can honestly say, the school is clean the staff is friendly and easy to work with. My child is happy going there and as parent that is important. My child learning has improved tremendously an it shows when she comes home and do homework. She is now learning Spanish, this school give me a peace of mind to know that she is in good care. I would recommend them to friends and family."

"After two horrible experience at preschool, with one incident landing my daughter in the hospital for 10 days & the other incident leaving her with a permanent scar over her eyes I found this gem of a school, Kids Haven Academy. My daughter started preschool with them & will be advancing to Kindergarten in the next school term, I can only speak nothing but good things. Let me start with the cleanliness of the school. We all know kids are germs carrier & the school takes pride in keep the facility clean to reduce the spread of germs. The teachers are wonderful, they have a passion for teaching & it’s reflective in the kids academic outcome. The curriculum is great. If you’re looking for a great school for your child, look no further than Kids Haven Academy."

"I have to agree with all the bad reviews. When I first considered this school, there was only one bad review so I figured I’d give it a shot. Low and behold, it turned out to be the worst experience for my children and myself. Not only do these people lie and present themselves to be a top notch private school education establishment, they do not live up to what they say. Ms. Shae is a great actor. Everything she presented to me upon the tour was false. They only care about the money and not your children at all. They will drain your pockets with any chance they get and don’t invest any of it into the children or the school. Every time it rains the roof leaks, the playground has old mulch, the classrooms are not as small (student to teacher ratio) as portrayed and they handle the kids roughly. There is a lot of favoritism between the owner (Mother Ms. Barbara) and Ms. Shae. I’m surprised they haven’t shut this place down already. For my kids first school experience, I must say they would’ve been better off in public school for FREE. Everything costs here and it’s definitely not what worth a dime. I will never recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their child, their child’s well being and their child’s education. They are sooooo FAKE AND MONEY HUNGRY!!!! I actually feel sorry for some of the teachers (the couple of decent ones) because they seem overworked and underpaid. They are very short staffed as well so you can trust and believe your child won’t get that one on one attention that a private institution is supposed to provide. I could go on and on with all of the cons overpowering the pros because the only pro was it being conveniently located in between my home and place of work at the time. It was all smoke and mirrors from the start. Ms.Barbara, Ms. Shae and Ms. Karma carry themselves as if they are Holy but are the Devil in disguise."

"The director's daughter Mia Levy was horrendous and displayed appalling behavior. She verbally accosted my son with offensive language. I have never in my life seen or heard of a teacher verbally cursing at a young child. Let alone a pre-schooler. This is not an establishment I would trust any child in. It is run more like a prison for preschoolers than an actual establishment that fosters learning and development."

"As a mother I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that cares about their children . They literally just want to say they own something . They don’t care how they treat people or the reputation they are building through the communities. Ms.Barbara (the owner) is by far the rudest individual I’ve ever met in a child care setting . They leave all the kids unsupervised in the morning together (1-12years old) in a room doing god knows what . My children learned NOTHING while here . My VPK child rarely even got homework . If you dare voice a concern(kindly of course ) about anything pertaining to your children be prepared to potentially have your child removed from their care without valid reason. Her along with her daughters Karma and Shae literally expect you to kiss their feet while they provide absolutely zero professionalism , no empathy , super non chalaunt demeanor and the list can go on . They definitely do not care about your child or you . They are very prejudice and selective with who they want to deal with ."
