"Floor manager around 12p.m told me I couldn't return an item because I didn't have receipt for it & saying it was broken! When it wasn't broken! Just too lazy to do the process w/o a receipt!! Very unprofessional!! I went to another Dollar General, & they gladly did the process & took it back!!"
"Went here less than an hour ago around 12pm 09-24-23. Bad experience. Out of all the times I been here today when I went I felt so disrespected. First time out of all the years. The young black girl that ring me out didn't even greet me. I said hello she didn't say a word. Then when she handed me my change and receipt I said thank you and no response from her. Very disrespectful and she deserves to be fired since she wants to act like that. Even the tall white lady that was ringing up customers on the other side of her was greeting customers and telling them to have a good day. And guess what I'm black myself so race has no issue with this. It's about the level of disrespect I was treated today when I went in there."
"The cold section for food has been broken for months. Yet the beer cooler is always working and stocked. All they have is dry food. The store is always a mess"
"Customer service was great... The young man behind the counter was polite... The store was clean for the most part... But the floor was dirty with trash... Trash that could have been picked up or sweep... I looked all over the store only the young man seems to be working... There was no one stocking shelves... No one cleaning or doing anything else for that matter... You have rack of broken down cardboard that was left in the middle of the store... You have merchandises on the floor in the isles... I took pictures of them to prove what I say... The manager needs to pay more attention to the appearance of the store..."
