"Workers are more worried about taking to each other instead of taking care of customers promptly. Over 10 minutes for simple drink and I was the only customer!!"
"Worst Starbucks I've ever visited.. slow service, hardly anything available with an 8x11 sheet of paper covered with a long list of unavailable items, including pike brew and I was served a rather old tasting dark roast instead AND was not granted a personal cup discount t because it wasn't in a "starbucks cup" which is a lie as I bring my non starbucks thermos into every location and have never been denied before."
"They are so slow I waited a long time. And they still messed up my order. Then they gave me my drinks within 5 minutes from each other. They need help. Coffee shouldn’t be sweet if you order 4 shots of expresso!!!"
"Customer service sucks. Workers have more time to visit with each other than engaging the customers. Service is slow. And after paying over 6$ for a coffee, it comes out messy and they can’t be bothered to wipe the cup. This is Monday morning, May 15, 9:35am. Please let the workers know they are unprofessional and trashy."
