"My wife and I joined about two months ago. We were told the staff was very attentive to the wipe down of their equipment and staff routinely walked around and checked on people to make sure they were wiping down. Never have I seen staff do this. It’s totally disgusting to watch people not wipe their equipment. That staff needs to walk around and make sure people are doing their job. I have watched private trainers not even attempt to wipe down with their clients. I going to give it another be more week and then ask for a refund."

"When I canceled my membership, they still deducted money for the next few months and said the reason was because of their policy even though I never came to practice in the next few months. When registering, they did not talk about any problems. Each month they will deduct $20 membership fee and 20% tax for a total of $25 per month. The staff is rude and you should really avoid this gym."

"YouFit as a company is one to stay away from. Poor customer service and no way to get anything resolved. All locations say they can't help with anything, there is no way to call customer service at the corporate level, and the billing is handled through a third party that also can't help you. If you are looking to join a gym then I recommend you pick a different one. Check out the Yelp reviews if you need more convincing…"

"Best gym around!! Love my trainer Joey F. who pushes me to become better not only physically but mentally. You can tell that he cares deeply about his clients and makes workouts fun and not monotonous. Antonio on the other hand is the best receptionist who not only welcomes you and assist you at the desk, but motivates you by being kind and approachable even about other things at the gym. The cleaning crew is unmatched as I have yet to see a gym that gets cleaned as much as this one! Way to go! 10/10!! Would recommend!"
