"I came in 10 minutes before they were going to close. They asked me what I was needing to be seen for. When I explained my symptoms (fever, sore throat, etc) they squeezed me in and got me checked out. The staff were all friendly and polite. As a new mother with a small baby at home, I really appreciated them staying late to take care of me so that I had peace of mind that I wouldn’t be getting my baby sick."
"Was greeted promptly and provided paperwork to complete (new to MD Now). Registered and taken to a room within 15 minutes. Saw doc shortly thereafter and was provided treatment. Overall I was in and out in about an hour. Great job."
"I made the appointment so I thought the time agreed upon would be fairly accurate. Turned out to be a waiting period of over 1 hour and 15 minutes. SO why did I have an agreed appointment time??? Once in Dr was very nice and have an agreed remedy. Thanks Dr."
"I've been coming to MedExpress for many years when I have minor emergencies occur. My family members have also. We like Dr. McArthur a lot. He's an excellent doctor that's super smart and he's a naturally caring doctor/person too! Great combo! The ladies that answer the phone and at the front desk are very nice and professional too! There's a nurse or two that's occasionally rude and jumps to conclusions without any definitive information. This occurred at the Clearwater location recently and the Largo location awhile back. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars."
"I found out at the last minute that my daughter needed a sports physical, quickly! Scheduling was easy and we were able to get in right away. The young lady working the front desk was kind and had exceptional customer service! Our nurse and the PA were polite, professional and wonderful with my 12-year-old daughter."
