"It was my first and last time at this theatre. The price for the tickets were a bit more than I usually pay. I was fine with this, until I entered my designated theatre. Right away I noticed all the seats were dingy. The seats were peeling so bad I thought the original color of the seats were white. There is one safety concern I did notice, a ceiling tile was missing. Which is definitely a safety hazard for everyone. Personally I preference theaters to have some raised seating platforms towards the rear of the auditorium. Sadly my designated theatre didn't have this feature. Overall, this place needs to be remodeled ASAP."
"Seat coverings were pretty worn. There was no matinee price even though I was there for the first show. There are better options in the area."
"Full electric reclining leather chairs for every single person in the theater! We brought our daughters here to see the Barbie movie and the theater was fantastic. We ordered popcorn, candy and large drinks and by the way, a large popcorn is LARGE so order accordingly. All together everything was clean and professional and very comfortable. We will be back for more."
"This theater is in the ideal location, close to shops and eateries. Parking can be a beast as the parklot is configured kind of funky. (I think it is to cut back on folks speeding through to get to the main road.) The seats are all reclinable without impinging on someone else's personal space. "
""Please, be quiet and courteous, and silence your cell phones now"... was all I thinking about, when this couple sat on the end of the same row. The man estimating 6'3" 345 lbs. continuously pressing the recliner button and in&out of his seat. Why with 100+ seats available and 5 people in the theater, would you not want to sit on an empty row? Jabber mouths and cell phone light the entire time My first time at the cinema in several years since covid pandemic and I'm paying for your drama, not on screen. NO RESPECT! Other than that... The Regal employee was pleasant, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful... Going to the movies is different: pay inside or online, entire theater has recliners, you choose available seats, and longer commercials. The theater was clean and well organized. A perfect 5 STAR experience to Regal, but the couple a big fat ZERO."
