"Burger tray needs to be turned up or vegtable tray needs to be turned down. Bun was cool to the touch and cheese was not melted. It was fresh, but would have tasted better at a different temp."
"I had the worst experience tonight, the dyed redhead girl not only took the order wrong but also shoved the food in my face telling me that's everything but it wasn't at all. I got the wrong sandwiches for my combo, then was missing 2 baconator fries I asked to be upgraded on 2 biggie bags, got attitude as well. Almost crushed the ranch she forgot in my hand handing it to me. Everything and I mean everything fried was cold. Cold nuggets, and the fries were too, not even double dipped to crisp them up just cold and horrible. I won't be using Wendy's again for a long time sorry Wendy's, you lost a former employee as a customer. And as a manager myself that was atrocious customer service."
"Keep in mind that I’m giving this location four stars “for a Wendy’s.” I know this isn’t a fine dining establishment. The parking lot here is clean and the remodeled building looks good. The drive through moves quickly. The food I got was exactly what I expected. The fries were good. I ordered a combo and was pretty surprised that I ended up with large fries and a large drink. You used to get the small sizes when you ordered Wendy’s combos. The probably cost me more than it otherwise should have for that reason."
