"We stopped here on our way home with our 2 pups. It is a very clean rest stop/welcome center. Lot of space to walk our pups. The only issue I have is that, as I was standing on the sidewalk waiting for my husband, a man came out telling me to go on the other side with my pups. For one I didn’t see any sign saying they couldn’t be on the sidewalk. He proceeded to inform me that they couldn’t unless they were a service animal. He didn’t know if they were service animals or not sense he never asked. Not a dog friendly area."

"Sweet Home Alabama...what else is there to say.. but seriously it was a clean , safe and very nice welcoming to Alabama . Nice restrooms and tables for relaxing.. The flags were flying at half-mast because it was the day after the attack on Israel ..."

"Must stop for all fans that love the movie, Sweet Home Alabama. The sign was worth it. The front desk ladies were super friendly and the bathrooms here were so clean. Such a great representation of your state!!!"

"Came to this rest stop during the morning today. First off clean bathrooms, though I am not a fan of high stalls. The bathrooms inside the information center was closed but lots of signs and easy to follow to the open bathrooms. Friendly staff and lots of information, easy to get interested in other areas of Alabama. As to for parking, lots of spaces and space for cars and trucks, picnic areas and area to walk your pups. Saw several workers while in the parking lot, which is always a comfort when driving the highways alone! Thanks for the nice stop along my trip."
