"A few years ago, my daughter was playing in a tournament in Boca Raton. We needed to get her racket strung for the final match, and we only had a few hours before the start of the match. Stuart's of Boca quoted us $100 just for the stringing (the price did not include the strings themselves). This was significantly way higher than the regular price of stringing a racket, which was typically around $15-$20 at tennis plaza, etc. . I was very upset about this high price, but thankfully we were able to find another store (Tennis Inc.) nearby that charged us only $20 for the stringing. They were able to get the racket strung in just one hour, which allowed my daughter to make it to her match on time."
"Stewart's offers a great selection of paddles, rackets, clothes, shoes, and accessories. I always find what I need, and the staff are very knowledgeable and attentive if you are not sure about what you should buy. I find that they also run a little less expensive overall than if you buy elsewhere. Getting a quality brand at a cheaper price is always a bonus!"
"BEWARE!!! Strings broke in less than 24 hours. When we went back to show the manager, he denied that it was his fault before we could even explain. The strings detached from the frame which is a stinger quality issue. Stuart would not admit it was his fault which is not good customer service. The other reviewers are telling the truth. Beware!"
