My partner suggested the Bistro for my birthday dinner while we were in the area. It’s important to note that he is not entirely a plant based eater, but this experience may make him a quick convert. The menu was a vegan paradise, offering a diverse range of dishes that showcased creativity and a deep understanding of plant-based cuisine. "The food was wonderful! I stopped in at this little restaurant and was really impressed by the quality. It's hard to find tasty healthy food options but this place has it! The entrees were really unique and creative and the chef is an artist! My dish was a portabello steak over butternut squash with a side of colliflower nuggets. Delicious! Also Amy the owner had some beautiful art work of her own displayed on the back wall which definitely helped set the "VIBE" well named! Overall a great place eat. I will be back!"

"We've been vegan for 7 years and Vibe is hands down the best restaurant we've been to. We came with my omni parents for the pop-up South American dinner and everything was outstanding, and they loved the food too. The chef is making incredible dishes and the service was outstanding. If you're a vegan in the area, Vibe will be your place! Update: we came back for breakfast with family and everyone was blown away. What an amazing experience and excellent food."
