"I don’t know how many women are like me and love golf, but don’t have a ton of people who’s opinion you trust when it comes to investing in new clubs, driver, putter, etc. cue Jim and this Edwin Watts location. Jim Is an older gentleman, with the patience of a Jedi. A little bit about the store- it’s a good size. Women’s clothes, accessories, golf gear on the left. Right side of the store has clubs and a simulator. You can browse for yourself but I highly recommend enlisting the help of Jim. I told him a little about what I have now, what I think I’m looking for, and what I was comfortable spending. He brought me multiple options, let me swing, and absolutely shank the daylights out of multiple balls till I found a driver that worked. Then he had to explain the return policy more than once. The stores power went out when I was shopping and he didn’t break a sweat. Told me I could keep shopping and as soon as he was able to get the registers online he would find me. Golf has so many folks who wanna sell you specific clubs, or pretend you need a million dollars in gear. Jim is heaven sent and made me feel super comfortable with the club and with the purchase itself."

"Had the worst customer service. I entered no greeting as I passed two sales people and found my own way toward club sets. I went through them all independently, consistently searching for anyone in the vicinity that could help me with selection. After 10 minutes I left, again passing by two sales people chatting behind the register watching me leave. I will say, there was a great interaction between one sales person and a man that I witnessed. He seemed to be getting all the assistance he needed."
