It was very disorganized, and things were on the floor and just a mess. So I gave three stars because the gentleman who took care of us he was so nice and helpful when he charged us. "I call to see if they have a product in store that is trending on TikTok and the guy answers “what do you want” no “Hi this is Ross , how can we help you?” I don’t understand why people are so miserable at their jobs ? Horrible service! This guy should definitely be fired"
"I had a basket full of merchandise, and as I was trying to leave a woman staff member, very rudely said " you can't take that cart outside" I told her I would bring it right back and she still wouldn't let me. Never offered a solution, just stared at me in a nasty way. TERRIBLE customer service. The prices are great though."
