"Went through the drive through and ordered a Sweet Maple Bacon Croissant and was charged an extra 1.50 for bacon, when I asked what the charge was for she said I ordered black pepper bacon when I did not. She did not offer to refund my money, just kept arguing with me. I will not be back. Who would pay 1.50 to substitute bacon for BACON? If she did not hear me order it correctly she should have clarified when I was in the drive through about any upcharges."
"It was insane, they were not attentive, and they took 40 min for a small order and a very small amount of cream cheese in everything bagel. Even though we informed them, the attentive her name is Charlene, she was rude to us. Worst experience ever."
"We like Dunkin'... so far this has been the worst experience at one of these. Only one lady working and she really didn't want to be there. We ordered online to "expedite" but the lady didn't even have the decency to tell us to come around or come in, just told us to wait. After ten minutes at the window where we could clearly see her chatting away with another customer and not even acknowledging that we were there, we decided to go around and walk in, there two other customers in! Definitely not busy, zero apologies and with an attitude. Again we like Dunkin' but this one is a NO."
"We love Dunkin Donuts and visit every time we are in a new place. This one wasn’t great. The coffee was bitter and when my husband asked for a possible new batch they said “well this is it.” No offer to refund or anything. So he took two sips and trashed it."
"This place is horrible! The Assistant Manager, Ms. Brown was rude and abrasive. They tell you one price and then overcharge and make excuses. She told me to go to Defuniak Springs and it would be cheaper. Horrible customer service. I asked for the manager and she stated she wasn’t there and she was the Assistant Manager. When I went in two days later to pick off the boxes of coffee I ordered for a large function she proceeded to talk negatively about me to another employee while hiding behind the coffee machine. When she came around the corner I informed her she should talk less and more quietly because I heard everything she said. She was in the wrong. Had she actually apologized and held herself accountable I would have been satisfied and all would have been forgiven but instead she defended her behavior. This behavior explains all of the bad reviews."
