"Always been a nice park. I haven't walked here in a while so I decided to start back. Very surprised to see how the grounds look. The landscaping is unkept. The grass is overgrown and some of the trash cans are overrun. I could not see how the interior of the center looked as it was locked and I was told I could not enter because of summer camp. The sidewalk, playground and tennis courts still seem to be in good shape. Also what is happening with the eyesore just West of the center? The plot of land has been a pile of rubble for many years, at least as long as I've walked and that whas been 8 or 9 years now."
"Really good bones to this tennis facility with ample courts (12 in total) with 12 foot chain link fencing with high contrast blue wind screens and art wall for practicing your ground strokes. Plenty of open court time. Check in with Daniel in the Pro Shop to reserve your court and tennis lessons. Free parking next to the courts with convenient location to 1-95 just off 135th street."
