"By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee Sarah blatantly ignored me as the next customer in line and told me she was closed but proceed to take the HISPANIC lady behind me. And then she proceeded to laugh and speak in Spanish to her coworker while looking at me. Smh. I would NEVER return to this store!! I truly wish I could give zero stars instead of my one. This is unacceptable for tourist coming from out of state."
"Horrible customer service and clueless management. I went in with an online purchase to return with my order number and confirmation email. Online it clearly says that this is the policy they honor but the sales person had no idea how to initiate such a return, the manager was MIA and the assistant manager said that they do not do online returns, and did not know how I could get in touch with corporate for assistance. She literally had to Google the phone number to figure out how to get in touch with them. I’m shocked that they can run a business. An hour drive to get to the store and another hour trying to call management (no response) and sending emails. No resolution. I will never shop at a Five Below again."
"1) said his name was Kevin.. (we doubt it). He is rude, unhelpful and NOT friendly. Bad at customer service. 2) also, they Open late, then close early! Between 8p - 8:15p, we saw 25 people walked to the door (unaware they close so early). DOLLAR TREE IS OPEN 10 & 11P... with many locations."
