"I was there today, Friday 16th, from 1:00pm to 2:30. This place was so out of control and so ghetto that I was just shocked! There was a party of teenagers acting like wild animals running and screaming from one end of the building to the other like a buffalo stampede and not 1 single employee was around to say anything. I had to tell a few of them to please be careful because there were a lot of little kids jumping. Parents, if you have little ones, this place is not it!! I stayed because i had already paid."

"This place is a huge trampoline park. My five-year-old grandson had his birthday party here and he had a wonderful time. They provided us with a room to celebrate his birthday and they had pizza and drinks to serve. There are all different levels of trampolining so it’s a good place for a wide variety of ages. They even have massage chairs for the parents to sit on the edge and watch and relax. My grandson had a wonderful birthday."

"BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIP “scam” Great place for kids to burn some energy but the workers / management are clueless. Asked to cancel membership last time I was physically inside the jump park ( August ). Came here in December with family and went to sign up for a membership and was surprised when they told me I already had an elite membership. ( sure enough checked credit cards and have been charged every month - NEVER CANCELED ). Return 4 days later they tell me the membership is basic and not elite ( $5 for socks instead of $2 so I noticed ). Employee looked up my name and said I never canceled my membership - only the parent add on for ELITE MEMBERSHIPS…. Meaning I had an elite membership. Have been paying for it for months and now that I said something they switch it to a basic and are calling me crazy ??? Not sure what kind of system they use to track their memberships but it needs work. Would NOT recommend buying any type of membership option at this location. Food and drinks overpriced but consistently good."
