"The lady with blond hair who is the manager is very unprofessional and rude. My boyfriend friend bought some items. When he brought home and I start removing the tag I noticed some exactly plate was charge $1 and some $4.99.also instead of 5 plates they charge him 6 plates. I took it back and she was keep cutting me off and didn’t want an adjust the price or take a return. She also said they have to check the camera to see if wr took 5 plates not 6. I told her please check but she said the loss prevention is not working now and she can’t check. I told her I am not take any of this plates home and return them and forget about the one plate they charge even I don’t have. Very disappointed with the manager."
