"One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I bought a couple of used rackets for my kids that needed restringing. Went to Dicks first. They told me it would take between 7-10 business days and that what standard as far as local stores too. So I googled tennis shops and Al's popped up first. Gave them a call. Al said come on down and we will get you taken care of, so I did. Al talked me through all of the different options then made some great recommendations. He got them done if a few hours and even took the time to clean up some scuffs and glue that was on them. He added some protective tape at no charge and shot me a text when they were ready for pick up. Don't get service like this much anymore. I highly recommend this shop."
