When I told my traveling friend Terry about the tour, she suggested we start our Amelia Island time with the tour because we'd get a 'lay of the land'. Yes Indeed! What a fabulous fount of knowledge Ron is -- his warmth, insights and engaging personality make this tour one of the most remarkable ones I've ever taken. "Mr. and Mrs. Ron and Avis Miller are the best hosts you can find if you want to know the history of the island. He told us stories about American Beach, and we even met the author of the book, American Beach, Marsha Dean Phelts. She told funny stories. She was amazing, and she even autographed our books. There is so much history here, and Coast One Tours is the best company to guide you during your stay. They even made lunch and dinner recommendations. This tour was well worth it and was the highlight of my trip! I plan to come back with friends and family so they can experience this amazing tour. Mr.Ron filled us with all sorts of history about the island all when we thought we had uncovered it all he proved us wrong !
