"Have been to the Arcadia, FL office..the ENTIRE staff are always friendly & helpful. Pardon the pun, but ..they really do LOOK you in the Eye ! So many places today don't make "eye contact" with the customer, but, not so at this office. The dr and staff talk TO you, not AT you..and LISTEN to what you are saying or asking. They are kind & polite, very caring. Broken glasses brought me back to their office (after 2 years!)..and they were able to replace those within 5 days..2 days were the weekend and 1 day was a holiday. Had an exam & had to get a stronger prescription, (which I knew I would have to)..and those glasses were promised in 2 weeks..but came in ONE week ! My sincere thanks to Dr. Sevigny and his entire staff for your customer/patient care, you all need to be recognized."

"Highly recommend this office. GREAT PLACE!! Dr Sevigny saw my 2 year old on an emergency visit. They took us in ASAP and were extremely sincere and compassionate with my hurting baby boy who had either a scratch or something irritating in his eye. The staff was thorough explaining with what they were going to do to relieve pain and address the issue. Dr Sevigny came in and immediately connected with my son which in turn made it easier for him to clean his eye and fix the hurting pain. Just want to thank everyone there so much for their caring ways and seeing us so quickly on an unplanned visit. We left and my son was pain free and the prescription drops we picked up, helped heal anything the doc may have missed. Thank you again!"
