"I went in very skeptical about finding any shoes and anxious about the interactions with a sales person. The gentleman that helped me could not have been any nicer or accommodating. I felt bad that none of the shoes were really working for me but he insisted that there was no need and kindly offered alternatives without making me feel like I was wasting time. I did not buy anything that day. The salesman seemed remorseful and genuinely wanted me to find the right pair of shoes just for me. I did not feel bad leaving and he wished me the best of luck.
