"I ordered my coffee 10 minutes prior to arriving and still waited 15 minutes in the store as they attended all the other walk in/drive thru guest: what is the purpose of online ordering? After waiting 25 minutes the barista asked me to wait another 5 minutes while they brew some more coffee, this is the first time I've requested to cancel my Starbucks order and leave a store empty handed."
"Made an order under a bad rain and windy night, but they managed to take everything down very quick since I went thru their drive-thru. Made my Family's night to be able to order their drinks requested and how quick they were moving the long line of cars that night."
"Things happen... my drink was missing sweetener. I called and Mgr "Loida" said next drink on them. I wasn't in the area next day, but day after, I returned. I placed my order- all ok until I get to the window. Loida abruptly comes to the window as I received my tea and says taste your drink so we can stop this coming back again (apparently a team member said I do this all of the time). Not true, this was my 1st time. I tried to explain I don't even live near here. She spoke in a very accusatory tone and never apologized or let me talk. I left, and called back to try to convey that I was told to return for a replacement drink. I didn't like being accused for something I didn't do. On the phone, she had the same attitude. She said "if that's the story you want to tell yourself". She never apologized, she didn't listen, or even acknowledge it could have been someone else. She will have a story to tell of how she loss a customer today- never to return there!!"
