"From the moment we walked in and met Sue we felt at home. She was very patient and helpful as we “discussed” our choice of sectional and fabric. Susan is very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions. The process was seamless and we left very pleased. The next day after we decided how we were going to place the new furniture in our home I wanted to add a pillow and swap a footstool for a larger ottoman and purchase a tray. I called and Susan called right back. She added on the new purchased and made the swap very easily. I have been singing her praises to all my friends as well as the service Havertys provides.
