"Best customer service experience in decades! Yes, they have a nice selection of furniture and appliances. Yes, they have very reasonable prices. But they went above and beyond to help us buy a refrigerator, and that's huge! We had a runaround with Sears for 2 year and 2 useless fridges. (FYI Sears is basically bankrupt so do NOT buy anything there anymore...). In desperation they sent us to American Freight, who bought out the Sears Outlets some time ago. We got to the Venice store and Bruce greeted us, helping us find the unit to best fit our needs. But the claim #s Sears gave us were useless so we were stuck. The store manager, Jared, took it on himself to call his Sears contacts and figure it out. We could not have done this, and he certainly didn't have to do it. But he did, and Lori got it delivered 2 days later with no issues. Fabulous! Thank you American Freight!!!"
