"Our experience at the Saginaw county fair was amazing. My daughter does not like people at all and is a very sensitive kid, while some of the people running the rides couldn't speak English they were all super polite. Shout out to the guy who was running the frog hopper both Tuesday and Wednesday at the fair my daughter absolutely LOVED you and you gave her such a fabulous experience BOTH days. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to our next one."

"The ristband policy is a JOKE! First you have to stand in a line. To purchase a ticket. From a ATM machine (no employees)Then you have to stand in a 2nd line. To trade the ticket for a ristband. Then you have to wait for them to activate the ristband. Then they scan the ristband at every ride! Can you imagine how much this slows things down? This was our first time to the Fraser Fair in Michigan. And unfortunately it will be our last."

"Rude incompetent staff. When they sell you something that doesn’t work, they will rudely shove you away as you’re trying to fix the issue. Waited 2+ hours and missed the fireworks to ride a ride, only to get told at the front that bc there’s an issue with it scanning he can’t ride and it’s not their problem. We had our receipt and clearly bought the wristband that day. They also don’t care about crowd control or containing lines. People were cutting the line right in front of people for hours on end. Probably 50+ people jumped in line, in front of KIDS! and when we pointed it out to them, they said they straight up don’t care. What’s the point of the lines then? Horrible customer service. Won’t be going to any fairs run by them in the future. Wristband prices are also outrageous for what you get."

"We were trying to go to the demolition derby in Sand Lake MI. We ended up at the fair in search of the derby and went up to one of the ticket booths specifically asking “do you guys sell tickets to the derby” the guy working said “yes, $30” we paid and found out 10 minutes later that they definitely weren’t compatible with the derby. When we went back and said there had been a mistake the same worker was so defensive and rude. We are out $90 and couldn't afford to go to the derby like we had planned. This establishment and its workers will scam you given the chance clearly."

"It’s a good experience, but the lady that was selling our tickets made my baby cry. Apparently she couldn’t just give us the wrist band to put on her and we had to put her hand through the hole. This caused her to go hysterical and and she was crying really hard. I think people need to bffr and have sensitivity training and learn how to be better at customer service."
