"I had such an amazing experience with Judy and the ladies on staff at 520 on the water. First of all I’m such a girls girl so I love supporting women in business and they KILLED my expectations for my dad’s celebration of life. The bartenders and servers were well worth the additional charge and took care of everything , I was able to relax and just enjoy the time. They helped me set up music food drinks and mics within 15 minutes of the event starting after I was running behind and everyone commented on how insanely gorgeous the venue and views were. The porch area is perfect and we even had a bonfire outside, it was everything I could have asked for. The ability to bring our own food and alcohol was a huge selling point but they displayed everything so well people thought we did full blown catering. I would recommend 520 on the water for any ones event, we had about 50-60 people and it didn’t feel crowded for a second. The sunset on the marina was the icing on top of the cake and I’ll remember this day forever. Love you ladies, Xo Rachel Traexler"

"BEST WEDDING VENUE HANDS DOWN!!!! I would give 50 stars, if that was an option. Vicky and her entire team at 520 on the Water gave me the wedding of my dreams and I can't thank them enough. Everyone kept asking why I was such a calm bride leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day itself, and that is 1,000% attributed to the hard work of Vicky and her team. They recommended the BEST vendors that all worked seamlessly with the venue and gave us incredible pricing on everything. Do yourself a favor and hire Vicky as your Day of Coordinator - she goes above and beyond making sure every detail of your wedding day is stress-free and goes perfectly. My husband and I were able to eat our food, enjoy our cake, have lots of drinks, and dance the night away. Your wedding can be stress-free and everything you want it to be, with the right vendors and venue. I have nothing but positive memories reflecting on the wedding planning process and every part of the wedding day itself. Also, the venue is simply gorgeous and the pictures you get are breathtaking because of it being surrounded by water. Wedding can be held outside on the riverfront, cocktail hour on the wrap around porch, and reception inside. The open space makes for different table configurations to be made to perfectly fit your vision. The venue also has several services available including linen rentals! There is a great area outside for corn hole, horseshoes, and a fire pit. This is the perfect venue for someone looking for something outside the city, but still close to hotels and fun things to do for your guests."
