Equipped with a large stage, full kitchen, ice machine, and modern sound system, the Civic Center is a popular meeting spot for civic clubs, organizations, and multicultural community events.
Whether you need to rent the entire building, auditorium, or annex, the Civic Center offers multiple rental options from 7am to 1am daily, excluding Christmas day. A $100 refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Please note that due to operational challenges with the City of Sanford’s Reclaimed Water System, there are restrictions on public access to reclaimed water. Customers can use the system for irrigation from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am on scheduled days, but may experience low pressure due to high demand and low supply.

"March 25th 2023 - My Very First time coming to this venue, it looks like a Oprah house to be honest! I went here for WWE NXT Sanford Live Event House Show! It has been about almost 3 to 4 years the last time WWENXT came to Sanford! The weather was soo hot that day, I came with a couple of Friends of mine from the Orlando WWENXT Performance Center TV tapings, and we had a great time, Saw some NEW fans that came to the Venue and the Staff was amazing! They help you find your seat and you get a great view of the ring! it is very close and it is Super Cheap!! Front row is $20 plus $2 Taxes = $22 Front Row, while General Admission is $10 + 2 = $12 Total! General Admission Seats are Row 3,4 and 5 and Still you have a great view of the ring!!, I got to see Lola Vice, Sol Ruca, Tony D angelo, Bron Breakker, Grayson Waller, Carmelo Hayes, Trick Williams, Ivy Niles, Tatum Paxley, Kayden Carter, And Many More NXT Superstars Including BRAND NEW stars down the road in the future! The show was amazing 9/10, and i got to meet a couple of wrestlers after the show :)! I recommand coming to WWENXT Sanford on June 10th 2023! The Promotion is really good to look into :)"
"Very large and spacious inside. There's an area outside with picnic tables. The grass was well manicured. Restroom was clean with lots of paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Large mirrors to check yourself before leaving. I highly recommend this place."
