"I spent a lot of time and money planning my daughter’s one year old birthday party at this place. I spent around $1600 and I did not received what I paid for. First, the communication with this place is terrible. They don’t answer the phone at all. When you try the social media they delete your comments and ignore the private messages. I paid to have my party in the Orlando location and they closed without giving me an explanation. I had to figure out how to find them after going to the location to show it to my husband and learning the hardest way that they were not there. Can you imagine? One month before the party and after paying all this money? I was desperate for a whole week, calling every single day, leaving messages and not being able to get a hold of them. When I finally went to Sanford they transferred my party to there. I agreed with that because less than a month away from the date I wanted and needed (I had my family coming overseas and they couldn’t change their flights) they would take 2 weeks to refund my money and I couldn’t find a place by them. They gave me the characters as an upgrade tho. Half of the people we invited couldn’t go because of the distance. I paid $360 for a cake and I had to go pick it up because it was far away from the delivery address I paid when I ordered. Another loss. After all that, guess what? They overbooked. The party before mine was supposed to finish at 6pm and mine started at 6pm. How that would work? It didn’t. I could only enter at around 6:45pm and they couldn’t finish the decoration because my guests were already there waiting. I rented both rooms and this one was for food. So everybody just wanted eat and drink something. I thank the staff in Sanford for making it a little better. I’m giving one start because of them. I thought a lot before writing here, but until today, if I try to contact them, they don’t answer. It was my daughter first birthday. She will have many birthdays but the first one will never come back. It is very frustrating when I think about it."

"Decoration was awesome and kids had so much fun in the playground. We had two characters to play Mario & Princess peach they danced with the kids and play games. Playroom was super clean and service was great, staff was very helpful at all times. We absolutely loved it!"

"First time visiting here. There is a good selection of things to do but a lot of the areas are missing or have no toys to play with. Prices aren’t bad but I expected a little more."

"The absolute coolest place for toddlers. So many age appropriate toys, slides, games, etc. Padding everywhere and baby proofed. Wish this place was closer to home, we would be here every day."
