"I’ve been calling for months to try she get an appointment. I’ve left messages, left emails, haven’t been able to go since I’m always working. But I like the neurologist there. The neurologist where I take my daughter only prescribes medication without actually sending her for test. But it’s impossible to get an appointment even though he was her doctor."
"How sad can’t even get a medication Authorization form signed by this doctor so my son can get his medicine in school at lunch time..I have called multiple times and disrespected by the staff or no answer..it’s been days now and still nothing…I can’t believe that this place is still operating! No good stay away!!!!!!"

"Horrible horrible service. Doctor seen my child ONCE didn't even know him like that or try to get to know him. DID NOT listen to me and wanted to just medicate him right away. ON TOP OF THAT staff was absolutely atrocious. Place was dirty and took hours after my appointment before my child was even seen. Now I know why the ratings were so low. Disgusting. Told that doctor he was a quack and left. Now my child is getting proper treatment at Arnold Palmer."
"Had a very bad experience with an overnight EEG study. The rooms & bathrooms were dirty & the technician was not friendly at all. The wires were wrapped so tight on my daughter she was left with cuts & bruises. It has been several days & I can still see marks all over her. We have had several of these test done & never had this type of experience. We are extremely disappointed on the services & the staff & will be looking for a new place. The room we were placed in had food under the sofa & bed & the bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I even saw a few roaches!! Definitely don't go here!"
